What Makes GVHS a Special Place for Garrison:
"The teachers who had the most influence on me during my time at school were Mr. Cross, Ms. Wehbe, and Coach Bruno. They were influential because they were kind, fair, enthusiastic, and dependable. They taught me the importance of managing my time wisely and improving my communication skills."

"Baseball had a positive impact on my time at Golden Valley. It allowed me to meet new people from diverse backgrounds, and we all came together as a brotherhood. Some of the memorable moments during my time on the baseball team were when we stayed in a hotel for a baseball tournament. I recall burning my pop tart in the microwave, playing video games, and having a pillow fight."
