#BulldogSTRONG Support Form (Tier II)

The Intervention team is comprised of many caring and compassionate individuals here at Golden Valley who support students in enhancing positive academic and social behavior outcomes for all students. This is achieved by using evidence based behavioral interventions using Positive Behaviors Interventions and Supports (PBIS) as a structured framework. Intervention implementation include: school wide practices (#BulldogSTRONG/GPS), mentorship, one-on-one, social skills groups, and other interventions that monitor student progress.

If you are a student, parent or staff member and feel the need for more student support, please fill out the request form online or turn in the yellow Student Support Request form (SSRII) to assigned school counselor.
